This website (“Site”) and its services are operated by Uvolution Consulting, a Swedish-based consulting and performance advisory firm. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Uvolution Consulting. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, programs, or digital products, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including all additional policies referenced herein.

These Terms apply to all users, including clients, customers, browsers, vendors, affiliates, and content contributors.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally authorized to enter binding agreements.

1.3 Scope of Services

Uvolution Consulting provides:

  • Online educational programs and systems

  • Digital content including eBooks, workbooks, templates, and courses

  • Strategic business consulting services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product at our discretion without notice.

1.4 User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse, replicate, resell, or redistribute any part of our Site or Services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Using our content or systems to develop competing products

  • Violating any applicable law or regulation

1.5 Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, branding, methodologies, systems (e.g. The Uvolution Method), and digital products, is the intellectual property of Uvolution Consulting. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or professional use. Redistribution, commercial exploitation, or modification is strictly prohibited without written consent.

1.6 Payment & Currency

All payments are securely processed via approved gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD), or specified otherwise. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount. We are not responsible for fees incurred through currency conversion or foreign transaction charges.

1.7 Disclaimer of Guarantees

Uvolution Consulting does not guarantee specific results from the use of its services or products. Client outcomes vary based on individual effort, context, and external variables. Any testimonials, case studies, or performance examples are illustrative only.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or Services. Liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.

1.9 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Sweden under Swedish jurisdiction.

For users in the United States, Canada, and the European Union, your statutory rights under local consumer protection laws remain unaffected. In the event of a dispute, unless otherwise required by applicable law, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

1.10 Coaching Scope (Not Medical/Psychological Care).

Uvolution Consulting provides executive and performance coaching and business advisory. Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, or any other regulated health service. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions. Any reference to CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), or similar methods is applied in a coaching/educational context only.

1.11 Health, Fitness & Nutrition Disclaimer; Assumption of Risk.

Any guidance on training, movement, nutrition, supplementation, sleep, or recovery is educational and general in nature. It is not medical or dietetic advice and may not be appropriate for individuals with specific conditions. You agree to obtain appropriate medical clearance and to consult your physician or other qualified professional before implementing such guidance. You understand that physical training and supplementation involve inherent risks and you assume full responsibility for your participation.

1.12 No Emergency or Crisis Services.

Uvolution Consulting is not a crisis or emergency resource. If you are in crisis or believe you may harm yourself or others, contact local emergency services immediately. We may pause or terminate coaching and refer you to licensed care if we reasonably believe coaching is not appropriate.

1.13 No Legal/Financial/Tax Advice.

Strategy discussions may touch on legal, financial, accounting, or tax considerations. Such discussions are for general information only and do not constitute professional advice. You remain responsible for obtaining advice from qualified professionals.

1.14 Client Responsibilities.

You are responsible for (a) providing accurate information; (b) assessing your own capacity and risks; (c) making decisions and taking actions; and (d) engaging with agreed practices between sessions. You may decline any technique or recommendation at any time.

1.15 Confidentiality.

We treat coaching conversations and materials as confidential and will not disclose your identifiable information without consent, except as provided in Clause 1.16 or as otherwise required or permitted by law.

1.16 Confidentiality: Exceptions.

We may disclose information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to: (a) prevent or respond to risk of harm to you or others; (b) comply with a subpoena, court order, or other lawful request; (c) consult with legal counsel or insurers; or (d) address suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation as required by applicable law.

1.17 Access by Executive Assistants or Internal Staff.

If you authorize an assistant or colleague to schedule sessions, receive summaries, or access materials, you represent that you have authority to grant such access and you accept responsibility for that disclosure.

1.18 Electronic Communications & Security.

Email and other electronic communications may not be fully secure. You accept these inherent risks and agree not to transmit highly sensitive information via unencrypted channels. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method is 100% secure.

1.19 Minors.

Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly engage clients under the age of majority applicable to their jurisdiction unless officially signed off by their parents or legal guardians.

1.20 Program-Specific Guarantees.

Except for any explicit, written guarantee published for a specific program (including any “continue until outcomes” commitments) and conditioned on full participation and timely completion of agreed actions, no results are promised or guaranteed.

2.2A Assessment & Coaching Data.

In addition to the items listed in 2.2, we may collect: responses to leadership assessments (e.g., Uvolution Leadership Capacity Index/ULCI), preference selections, scheduling metadata, session notes, progress metrics, and post-engagement feedback.

2.3 How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide services and process transactions

  • Communicate updates, offers, or educational content

  • Respond to support requests

  • Comply with legal or financial record-keeping obligations

  • Improve website functionality and client experience

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

2.3A Aggregated/De-identified Insights.

We may use de-identified and aggregated data (e.g., anonymized ULCI scores and progress metrics) to produce benchmarks, trend reports, and case summaries. These outputs do not identify individuals.

2.6A International Transfers & Processors.

We primarily use Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, Calendar) to process and store information. Data may be processed in or transferred to countries outside your own, including the EU and U.S. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

2.6B Security Measures.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., access controls, least-privilege permissions, device security). No method is completely secure; residual risk remains.

2.7 Retention

We retain your data for as long as required to fulfill contractual obligations, comply with regulations, or as necessary for legitimate business purposes.

2.7A Retention: Coaching Records.
Identifiable coaching records (e.g., assessment responses, session notes, progress metrics) are retained only as long as necessary to deliver services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

2.8A Privacy Rights & Contact.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and may withdraw consent prospectively where processing is based on consent. To exercise rights, email info@uvolutionconsulting.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

Section 3: Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Workbooks)

All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the content has been accessed.

3.2 Online Courses & Programs

Refunds for self-paced online courses are available within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that:

Refunds are processed within 15 business days and returned to the original payment method.

3.3 Consulting & Advisory Services

Consulting and performance advisory services are non-refundable once engagement has commenced. If no sessions or deliverables have begun, cancellations within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a refund, minus any administrative fees.

In some cases, unused sessions may be converted to service credit at the discretion of Uvolution Consulting.

3.4 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to illness, government restrictions, or platform outages.

3.5 Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, email info@uvolutionconsulting.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Date and method of purchase

  • Service/product description

  • Reason for request

You will receive a confirmation and resolution within 10–15 business days.

3.6 Dispute Resolution

Any billing disputes or chargebacks should be addressed directly through our support team before being escalated to your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any concerns in good faith.

Updates & Revisions

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of these changes.
