About Me

Performance Consultant for Men Building Their Prime.

Business Consultant and Fractional CRO/CMO for established companies ready to build the commercial engine that takes them to the next level of growth.

Two disciplines. One methodology. Twenty-two years of real experience behind both.

Certified CBT Therapist · NLP Master Practitioner · Performance Coach · Leadership Coach · Wellness Coach · Strength and Conditioning Coach · Fortune 50 Leadership · Two Successful Business Exits

I know what it feels like to be stuck despite doing everything right.

I had the title, the income, and a track record built across years inside Fortune 50 companies that most people would point to as success. And I was still not advancing at the pace I knew I was capable of. The gap was not a competence problem. It was something deeper, and I could feel it even when I could not yet name it. Disconnected from real purpose. Going through the motions of a successful life without the feeling that any of it was building toward something that genuinely mattered.

The clarity arrived not dramatically, but in the way that important things usually do, as an uncomfortable recognition that no one was coming to change this for me. My trajectory, my development, my sense of purpose, all of it was my responsibility to create. That recognition was the first real act of self-leadership I had ever practiced. And it changed everything.

Physical performance had always been a foundation I built early and maintained without compromise, training hundreds of clients as a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach throughout my corporate career, and eventually building and successfully exiting a top-ranked health facility. But the gap I was experiencing lived in the psychological and professional dimensions, in identity, in mindset, and in the advanced capabilities that determine who advances past a certain level and who stays where they are.

That realization drove everything that followed. Certifications as a CBT Therapist, NLP Master Practitioner, Performance Coach, Wellness Coach, and Leadership Coach, built on fifteen years of strength and conditioning practice and two decades of corporate and entrepreneurial experience at Microsoft, Dell, and beyond. Advanced specializations at Duke University and Vanderbilt. Everything tested on myself first, in real conditions with real stakes, before bringing it to clients.

I walked away from the corporate track to build the practice that delivers the kind of transformation that changes trajectories, not just outcomes. Since then I have been working with men who are ready to take full ownership of their development and with businesses ready to build the commercial engine that unlocks their next level of growth.

This is how men Enter Their New Prime.

I Built This Because I Needed It First

The question comes up often. Why does someone who runs a personal performance consulting practice for men also operate a business consulting practice?

Because the work is fundamentally the same.

Performance consulting is where my personal transformation journey lives. Every dimension of what the men I work with are navigating, I have lived from the inside. The methodology was not borrowed or assembled from other people's frameworks.

It was built from necessity, tested on myself first, and refined across hundreds of real client engagements.

Business consulting is where my professional mastery lives. Twenty-two years across Fortune 50 organizations, entrepreneurial ventures, and two successful business exits taught me how revenue actually gets built, where the real constraints to growth live, and what separates businesses that scale predictably from those that work harder than they should for inconsistent results.

I won multiple sales awards in my corporate career, coached individual sellers and entire teams, and developed a deep understanding of commercial strategy, brand positioning, and what it takes to build a revenue engine that performs independently of any single individual.

What connects both practices is the same core instinct: assess the real situation honestly, identify the highest leverage points, build the right system, and stay in the execution until performance actually moves.

Whether the client is a man closing the gap between who he is and who he is capable of becoming, or a business building the commercial engine that unlocks its next level of growth, the fundamental work is identical. Diagnose with precision. Design the right system. Execute with discipline. Stay in the work until the results are undeniable.

Why Two Consulting Services

What I Bring To The Table

22 years across Fortune 50 environments and entrepreneurship, including fifteen years at Microsoft and Dell where the work was not theoretical. Closing deals, building markets, coaching teams, and navigating the organizational complexity that most strategy consultants have only read about.

Two businesses built and exited: from the ground up, including one of the consistently top-ranked strength, conditioning, and martial arts centers in Montreal, built and sold before my consulting journey began.

Certifications across all three domains of the work I do: Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. NLP Master Practitioner. Performance Coach. Wellness Coach. Leadership Coach. Strength and Conditioning Coach. Earned because the work demanded the depth of knowledge that only rigorous training produces.

30 years of performance pursuit: in athletics, martial arts, and physical performance. The understanding of how bodies and minds adapt to systematic training is not academic. It is lived.

Ongoing specializations in leadership excellence and AI at Duke University and Vanderbilt, reflecting a commitment to staying at the leading edge of what the professional environment demands.

Hundreds of clients across both disciplines, which means the patterns I work from have been tested against reality repeatedly. I know what breaks under pressure and what holds. I know where people plateau and why. And I know what the path forward looks like because I have walked it with enough men and businesses to have mapped it properly.

What I believe

The men and businesses I work with are almost never falling short for lack of effort. They are working hard, sometimes harder than anyone around them, and producing results that do not match the level of investment they are making.

The reason is almost always structural. The wrong things are being optimized. The domains that need to work together are being addressed in isolation. The foundation that everything else depends on has never been properly built. Applying more effort to the wrong structure produces more of the same result.

Transformation is a systems problem with a systems solution. The right methodology applied with discipline produces compounding results that isolated effort never will. The right guide does not just teach the methodology. He diagnoses the real situation, builds the strategy, and stays in the execution until the results are undeniable.

I also believe that the quality of a man's life is determined by the quality of his self-leadership. Not leadership of teams or organizations, though that follows naturally. Leadership of himself. The standard he holds himself to when nobody is watching. The decisions he makes about his own development when it would be easier to coast. The willingness to look honestly at the gap between where he is and where he is capable of being, and then take full ownership of closing it.

That principle is at the center of everything I do. And it is the principle that changed everything for me.

Let's Talk

If you are a man who knows your strongest chapter is ahead of you and are ready to build the system that proves it, the consultation is where we start.

If you are a business leader who knows your revenue engine has more capacity than the current results reflect and you want someone who will assess the situation honestly, build the right strategy, and stay in the execution until it delivers, the conversation starts the same way.

Thirty minutes. A direct conversation to assess whether this is the right fit for both of us. You will leave with clarity on where you are, where you want to be, and whether working together is the right path forward.
