At 44, I had built a successful career in Fortune 50 leadership: good income, respected position, solid trajectory.

But I wasn't advancing at the pace I knew I was capable of, and more troubling, I felt disconnected from any real sense of purpose. As if my work, for all its success on paper, didn't truly matter. That's when clarity hit: no one was coming to change this for me. My trajectory, my growth, my purpose, it was all on me to create.

My foundation in human performance began long before my corporate career. Decades of fitness training, university competitive sports, martial arts, strength and conditioning coaching, and understanding how bodies and minds adapt taught me what creates lasting change: systems, not motivation.
